I posted pics of Tristan on the red carpet last week for the Wrap Party, but these are pics from the inside. I love pics w/ him & his castmates, they all seem to genuinely like each other, and nothing ever seems awkward when they're together. 90210 will be back tomorrow night @ 9pm not 8pm.

I Am Julito

The kid is taking a pg outta the Soulja Boy book for promoting yourself. He's tryna outdo Bow Wow & Soulja Boy, and I don't know if that's gonna happen. I will give him a hand though.



Just a lil advice, don't make a name outta ya self talking shit about other people in the industry. Talkin about people's w/ more "street cred" than you is NOT the way to go. Get back to the music, and do video blogs about what's going on w/ the acting as well.

Both of these videos were posted a lil over a month ago. He needs to make more videos if he's tryna build his fan base. I mean seriously.

I was wondering why I just came across these videos and apparently he has tagged the videos w/ some other mess. J Brice...blah blah. People know his as Julito aka Namond Brice from The Wire, so he should put that instead. It will make it a lot easier to find his videos.

I've mentioned this movie before, but now other sites are starting to report on it as well.

Back to Basics: Tristan Wilds, who played an ascendant crime operative on The Wire and is now battling insidious high-school gossip on 90210, has signed on for Red Tails, George Lucas’s long-gestating WWII drama. The flick — written by Three Kings’ John Ridley and to be directed by fellow Wire alum Anthony Hemingway — features Wilds as Ray “Ray Gun” Knight, a member of the 332nd Fighter Group, the elite all-black unit of escort pilots also known as the Red Tails. Yes! Tristan Wilds returns to killing people! [HR]

Now I know more about the character he's playing!

My 2 cents

I liked that he chose Namond over Michael. I have to say while Michael is my favorite corner boy behind Wallace, Julito is my favorite child actor from the show next to Michael [Jordan], and Maestro. It takes a lot to play a character like Namond & Julito was right; anyone can play the "soldier", but no one can play the vulnerable role. That was the challenge, and I thought he did well with that. I also think his work went overlooked cos people were so caught up in Namond "the punk" Brice. Can't wait to see him do more things. I am not too hyped about his music career though.

I want to see this Spike Lee movie when it comes out, I just can't wait to see more of the "Boys of Summer", and Wallace.

Michael B. Jordan In Prague

He posted a new video on his facebook pg, but unfortunately I can't post it on here. I wish he had uploaded it to Youtube. I'll give you a rundown of what he said.

• Nothing's in English, and very few people who speak english.
• It's cold & damp, with cobblestone streets.
• Foreign exchange is cool. For every US dollar is $20 Czech dollars. You can get a bill for like $20,000 Czech, everything is expensive.
• The architecture is nice. Castles everywhere. Gargoyles & all that.
• Says it's lonely. Came with 8 brothers, & saw about 9 or 10 others.
• Prague is Prague.
• Pray for him.

In the comments that go with the video, he said he is going to be out there for FOUR MONTHS! Dayum! I hope Tristan or Marcus or Evan makes more videos & stuff so we can see what's good. If Michael posts pics, I will post them on here.

UPDATE:I wanted a full length interview, & I aint get one! Booo! Maybe when he is more famous we can get one. Basically his pic was on the opposite side of Lauren London's (I love that girl!) & he basically said the same thing he's been saying in all his interviews; He wants to be like Will, Denzel & Don Cheadle (gasp! What he know about Sylvester Kelly*?). He also said that being on 90210 was like being around family. He wants to play a role similar to The Joker in The Dark Knight or an action hero toting an AK 47.

Method Man as "Sticks"

Method Man has joined the ensemble cast of Red Tails, he is playing a character named "Sticks". That's about all I know for now. Elijah Kelley (Hairspray) is rumored to be in the movie as well, playing the character Samuel 'Suicide' George.
